Jones deceased, intestate. NOW, we, Thomas Watson Administrator, and Silas G. Jones and George T Rigney sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Thomas Watson will well and truly administer the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of the said intestate, according to law, and will further make a just and true account of all his actings and doings therein; and will well and truly make proper distribution of any surplus money, effects, and rents, which may come to his hands, or to anyone for him, by color of his office, to the person entitled thereto. It shall hereafter appear, that the last Will and Testament was made by the deceased, and the same be proved and recorded, we further covenant that the said Thomas Watson will, in such case, surrender his letters of administrator; and that he will account with, and pay and deliver over the Executor or Administrator with the Will annexed, the assets in his hands unadministered. Rigney Attest Joel Sweaney Clerk Casey County Court PAGE 27 ADMINISTRATOR'S BOND THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY WEAREAS, I, William Watson, have been appointed, by the County Court of Casey County, Administrator of Cabird Phelps deceased, intestate. NOW, we, William Watson Administrator, and Silas G. Jones, Martin Phelps sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William Watson will well and truly administer the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of the said intestate, according to law, and will further make a just and true account of all his actings and doings therein; and will well and truly make a proper distribution of any surplus money, effects, and rents which may come to his hands, or to anyone for him, by color of his office, to the persons entitled thereto. Reynolds sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William Watson will well and truly administer the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of the said intestate, according to law, and will further make a just and true account of all his actings and doings therein; and will well and truly make a proper distribution of any surplus money, effects, and rents, which may come to his hands, or to any one for him, by color of his office, to the persons entitled thereto.
