H. Reynolds, near Julien, Saturday. They had returned from town together quarreling and when they reached West's home he secured a shotgun and shot Willoughby. Later he came to town and surrendered to Deputy Sheriff Herbert Johnson. Additional Comments: Jack West was the son of Mary Pink Baker and Paul West.
