In the absence of Judge Hanberry there were three special judges on duty the latter part of the week, hearing such cases as they were not interested in as attorneys. They were Judges C. H. Bush, T. P. Cook and John Feland. Judge W. M. Reed of Paducah, a regular judge detailed to special duty arrived yesterday and resumed the commonwealth's cases in the circuit court room. Other cases tried since last report were Jack West, muder, given life sentence.
