Cayce, 92, Glasgow, formerly of Hopkinsville, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Maddux Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, with the Rev. Shawn Gee officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Saturday until time for the funeral. She died at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, at the home of a daughter in Glasgow, following a brief illness. A native of Christian County, she was born Dec. 15, 1908, the daughter of the late Melvin O. and Addie Brodie Kimerling. She was retired from the Kentucky Department of Revenue. She was a former Girl Scout leader and was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the missionary society. Her husband, James Lander Cayce, died in 1969. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ted (Patricia) C. Simmons, Glasgow, Mrs. Homer (Virginia C.) Holt, Louisville; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
