Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, with the Rev. Tom Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight. A native of Christian County, she was born March 4, 1919, the daughter of the late Osbey E. and Rosa Cannon Nixon. She had worked for 24 years in the pharmacy at Western State Hospital. She was a member of the Princeton First Baptist Church and a former member of Concord Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, J.T. Rogers; two sons, Eldridge Rogers, Cadiz, Bob Rogers, Caldwell County; two brothers, Morelan Nixon, Hopkinsville, James William Nixon, Riverdale, Ga.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
