Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Darrell Simon officiating. Burial will be in Rawlins Cemetery, Pembroke. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight. A native of Christian County, he was born April 2, 1927, the son of the late Thomas Lesley and Elizabeth Wilkins Rawlins. He was a truck driver for Thomas Industries and was a member of the Hopkinsville Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Rawlins; a son, Robert Rawlins, the county; four daughters, Leah Rawlins, Oak Ridge, Lynne Hensley, the county, Mary Rawlins, Powell, Tenn., Elizabeth Dru Rawlins, Arlington, Va.; three brothers, Thomas D. Rawlins, Madisonville, Malcolm Rawlins, Hopkinsville and Clay Rawlins, the county; a sister, Dorothy Guthrie, Hopkinsville and two grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Pennyroyal Hospice.
