Commonwealth VS William Bledsoe        ADULTERY
This day came as will the attorney for the Commonwealth as the said defendant
and her attorney filed his demer? And plea of "not guilty" and the court being
advised on the law are ------------  on the demer? Overruled the same and
after hearing the ---------------.  It is considered by the court that the
defendant William Bledsoe make good his fine to the Commonwealth by payment of
sixteen dollars & sixty six cents and that the deft Amelia Cobb make good her
fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of sixteen dollars & sixty six cents
and that the Commonwealth recoveer of the defts her cost.
Note: On the 1850 Clay census there is a William Bledsoe age 33 and a woman in
his household, Amelia Cox age 24
