Commonwealth VS William Bledsoe        ASSAULT
This day came as will the attorney for the Commonwealth as the said defendant
and by his attorney filed his plea of "not guilty" and the attorney for the
Commonwealth and thereupon came a jury to wit  John C. D------- 1. T. T.
Garrard 2. John Hays 3. John Davidson 4. Thomas Scott 5. Austin Webb? 6.Martin
Davidson 7. Elijah ---------- 8. Clifton Mobly 9. William R. Swafford 10.
Thomas Carr? 11. John Lewis 12.  Who was elected -------- ---------- ---------
after hearing the evidence returned the following verdict to wit We of the
jury find the ------- named defendant guilty as charged in the Indictment and
---------- that he make good his fine to the Commonwealth by payment of Twenty
dollars and damages.
