Commonwealth VS William Bledsoe         INDICT FOR FELONY
For cause shown upon affidavit filed and proof the review in this cause is
changed to the Laurel Circuit Court and the clerk of this court is hereby
directed to --------------- the record and proceeding had hence -------------
William Bledsoe, William White, and Thomas M. Bledsoe acknowledged themselves
indebited to the Commonwealth in the penal sum of Two hundred
dollars.----------
