Commonwealth  VS James & John Chesnut
James and John Chesnut being in custody charged with the offense of
manslaughter and being admitted to bail in the sum of $2000.  We, Benjamin
Chesnut, Blevins Chesnut and John Howar? Of Clay County hereby undertake that
said James and John Chesnut shall appear in the Clay County Circuit Court on
the 1st day of the next April term to answer said charge.

David Benge?, Elisha St?, David Freeman, Wm Pigg, W Garland, Westerfield?
McFadden, Edward Cornett, Isaac Cornett & Roger Cornett to be witnesses for
the Commonwealth agt James and John Chesnut.
