Commonwealth VS Collins & Robinson           ADULTERY
The defendant William Collins having been duly summoned and failing to answer
the indictment is taken as true as to him.  It is therefore adjudged that he
make good his fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of twenty dollars and
the costs of this prosecution and this cause is dismissed as to the defendant
Robinson.
