We, Robert Cornett, D.B. Stivers, W. Chesnut, Lewis Benge, B.F. White, of Clay County and Robert Wilson of Owsley County hereby undertake that the above named Isaac Cornett shall appear in the Clay Circuit Court on the first day of the next April term to answer said charge and shall render himself amenable to the orders and the process of said court in the prosecution of said charge and if convicted shall render himself in execution thereof or he fail to perform either of their conditions that we will pay to the Commonwealth of Kentucky the sum of two thousand dollars and the cause continued.
