JUDGMENT
This cause having been submitted on the petition answer and depositions, the
court being advised thereon, Orders that the plaintiff be divorced from the
defendant and the plaintiff be restored to all the rights and privileges of an
unmarried man from this date.  And that the defendant divorce from the
plaintiff to take effect one year after this date. It is further ordered that
the plaintiff pay the costs of this action including an attorney fee of five
dollars to the defendant's attorney and this cause stricken from the docket
