Commonwealth VS Hacker & Hoskins     ADULTERY
The defendant Hacker having been duly summoned and failing to answer the
indictment is taken as true against him  It is therefore adjudged that he make
good his fine to the Commonwealth of twenty dollars and costs. And this cause
is dismissed as to Hoskins
