Commonwealth by Nancy North (plf)  AGT  John Hoskins(deft)  } PEACE
The deft appeared in discharge of his recognizance and after hearing the
evidence It is ordered that he be further bound whereupon the said John
Hoskins & George Sisemore acknowledged themselves penally indebited to the
Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of $200 that is to say the said John
Hoskins in the sum of $100 and the said George Sisemore in the sum of $100 to
be levied of their respective goods & chattels lands & tenements to the use of
the Commonwealth rendered but to void upon the said John Hoskins keeping the
peace toward all good Citizens of this Commonwealth and more particular Nancy
