Jefferson Parker & Elizabeth Cotton          ADULTERY
This day came the parties by their attorneys and agreed that the facts in this
case only showed the defendants guilty of fornication.
It is therefore adjudged by the court that the defendant Jefferson Parker make
good his fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of ten dollars and the costs
hereof for the payment of which he stands committed and this cause is
dismissed as to the female defendant.
