Clay County Kentucky: Taylor, Hibbard,Bradly Pages 285 and 286 Taylor and Rhoda his wife for the consideration of one dollar to them in hand paid do convey to the said John and Hiram Hibbard one half of one hundred and fifty acres of land situated in Clay County on Bobs branch waters of Goose Creek which was patteneted to Hiram Hibbard and Isaac Taylor and bounded as follows towit Beginning on two poplacs and four birches beginning corner to a three hundred acre survey for Andrew Bradly thence North Sixty west one hundred and six poles to a gum sourwood & Spanish oak thence South thirty five west one hundred and twenty poles to four hickories thence South fifty three west one hundred and Sixty six poles to three white oaks and a spanish oak thence South Sixty two East three hundred poles to a stake thence East Eighty poles towhets lsice thence South forty six East one hundred poles thence North fifty five west two hundred and eighteen poles to the begining now we Isaac Taylor and Rhody Taylor Taylor his wife do convey one half of the above described land to John & Hiram Hibbard but do not warrant the land from any person or persons only their selves & their heirs but do not bind them selves in this & to convey any better litte to the said land than they recured from the commonwealth in witnesseth whereof we have hereto set our hands and seals the day and year first above written Witness Radford M Richerson Isaac Taylor (Seal) D Gilbert.
