Hazel Luttrell, 
67, beloved wife,  mother, sister, grandmother and friend 
died on Monday, October 1,  2007, was  born Clay co Ky 
She was the Daughter  of  Albert  Craft & Emma Clark Hazel died peacefully at 
Hope Hospice Joanne's House  surrounded by her family. 
Hazel is survived by her  loving husband, 
Sherill Luttrell; son, Steven Luttrell;  daughter, Christina Conkle; 
granddaughter, Mikayla Mullis; two brothers and six  sisters. 
Funeral services will be  held on Friday, October 5, 2007, at the Chapel of 
Lake Cumberland Funeral Home  in Somerset, KY. In lieu of flowers the family is 
 requesting memorial contributions be made in Hazel's name to Hope Hospice, 
Ft.  Myers, FL
