(Keith) Murray: I, Nancy V. Murray, of Clay County, KY, being of sound mind and disposing memory and knowing the uncertainty of life, make and publish this my last will and testament. 1st - I desire a decent, Christian burial and my funeral expenses and all my debts to be paid. 2nd - I will and bequeathe unto Sarah Stewart, May Pigg, and Martha Abner each to be paid $1.00 whenever called for after my death. 3rd - I will and bequeathe to my youngest daughter, Susan Murray, she being young and of tender years, all the balance of my estate, not disposed of, whether the same be real, personal or mixed, choses in action or money. Dickenson, attesting witness to the will of Nancy V. Murray and said Dickenson also proved the attestation of H.L. Ward, attesting witness who is absent from the county whereupon said writing was ordered to record as the will of Nancy Murray, which is done.
