Feb - Rcvd Minervy HARMON by letter, Bro Traves HARMON,

        Sister Sineal HAMILTON, Mary JONES. Charge against

        Stephen GARNER for immoral conduct - case laid over.

        Lucrecia GARNER asked to appear re charge against her.

        Josiah BECKETT granted letter of dismission Mar - Stephen GARNER'S 

case - excluded. Lucrecia's case

         BEATY, Manual LITTRELL, all by experience.John WOOD

         released as Assistant Clerk, R F BRYSON appt.

Oct - James MYERS acknowledged overuse of ardent spirits,

         church to bear with him. Ordination of ASHENHURST

         held. Margaret SMITH died in October of this year.
