Mar - no minutes Apr - A difficulty exists between G W HOPKINS (member) & Dennis HOPKINS (member of the 76 church). Committee formed of Wm WOOD, Isaac DENTON, Isaac WRIGHT, John CARTER & Joseph DENTON to meet with a committee at 76 Church., to meet at the house of Jacob HOLSALPPLE. May - Sarah JEFFERS recvd by letter. Committee report. Noted committee of 76 Church included Peyton BRISTOW, Wm SMITH, Joel ELLIS, Joseph HUTCHASON, J BURCHETT. One was suing another, charged with taking too much money - Dennis should divide with G W HOPKINS, they refused, both excluded from their respective churches. Jun - Deacon decision tabled. Jul - Deacons should be ordained - Wm D SEWELL & Henry BLEVINS requested to attend. Aug - Report that old sister HARPER had died. Sep - Wm D SEWELL moderator. Isaac DENTON admitted that on his way home from the association meeting at Wolf River he got angry and used railing language to another person, he is in great distress of the mind, condemns his own conduct - church to bear with him. Jesse MYERS charged with drinking to intoxication, Jacob DEWEESE to request him to come to next meeting. Sister Polley CARTER recvd by letter. Isaac WRIGHT & Joseph DENTON ordained as deacons. Oct - John GARETT preached. Jesse MYERS appeared, church to bear with him. Bro and Sister Randolph LAWSON and their daughter Susanah granted letters of dismission, moving.
