1848:
Jan - John CARTER's case continued. Jacob DEWEESE & John
        ASHINHURST to cite Bro WRIGHT re dancing. Next service
        to be held at Wm WOOD's.
Feb - John Carter excluded for failure to attend & other charges. J
        WRIGHT had obtained a letter of dismission now excluded.
        Difficulty between John CROUCH & Christopher C WOODSON
        taken up; Bro WOOD, John ASHINHURST & Joseph DENTON
        to see him.
Mar - E BERTRAM preached; difficulty of last month continued. Apr - John
CROUCH's charge dropped. Christopher WOODSON
        to appear next meeting, same committee.
May - Wm A COOPER preached. WOODSON there, case cont.
         Letter of dismission granted Jane BROWN.
Jun - few attended, no business
Jul - WOODSON's case dropped.
Aug - Association appointments. Elder Isaac DENTON has died
        & widow Martha DENTOn has died also along with Jesse
        SMITH and Randolph LAWSON (who died in the early part
        of the year). Letters of dismission granted Wm NOLAND
        & wife Mary & their daughters Elizabeth & Lois - removed
        from area.
Sept - Next month to be communion
Oct - No business
Nov thru Jan 1849 - no business, Wm WOOD sick & bad weather.

1849:
Feb - Charge agaisnt Randolph LAWSON re seeing another woman,
         case continued.
Mar - Ephraim BERTRAM preached, LAWSON excluded.
Apr - Bro COOPER preached. Discussion on a deacon who has
        been excluded, then restored, doesn't make him a deacon
        again. Isaac WRIGHT appt deacon. Nancy TAYLOR recvd
        by letter.
May - no minutes
Jun - Bro BECKETT preached. Wm THRASHER failed to attend
         when cited, excluded.
Jul - James ABSTON preached, Dan HANCOCK exhorted. 
       Bro HANCOK requested to attend this church & minister
       as often as he can, he agreed. John WOOD restored.
Aug - E BERTRWA preached. Barbery BECKETT restored.
        Stephen GARNER & wife Lucretia recvd by letter.
