From the Cumberland County News, October 22, 2003
Tara Lynn Shelley, 14, born to Dennis J. and Vonnie Shelley on August 2, 1989,
passed away October 6, 2003, in a car accident along with her grandpa, Dennis
E. Shelley.  She was a 9th grader at Clinton County High School.

Survivors include her 3 brothers, Adam Shelley, Cain Dalton, Leighton 
Dalton, 3 sisters, MaKayla Shelley, Olivia and Haley Dalton, step mother, 
Jewel Shelley, step father, Mitchell Dalton, uncle, Jerry Shelley, aunt 
Rhonda Dicken.

Services were held Friday, October 10, 2003 at Grace Fellowship Church with 
Bro. Donnie Shelley and Bro. Charles Craig officiating.  Burial was in the
Cedar Hill Cemetery.
