Govenor and acting Govenor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to all to Whom these presents shall come - Greetings, Know that by virture and in consideratin of a Certificate No. 1373, (State price paid without interest) granted by the Commissioners in 1798 agreeeably to an Act of assembly for encouraging and granting relief to settlers, there is granted by the said Commonweath unto George Bushong (?) of John E. King who was (?) of John E.
