Survivors: 
Daughter: Ellen Deckard and husband Troy of Glasgow 
Granddaughter: Bethany Deckard of Danville KY 
Brother: Paul Garrett of Summer Shade KY 
Several nieces and nephews. 
Preceded in death also by brothers Carl and James Garrett 
Services: 2 pm Monday, 12 Apr 2004, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
