     An account of a settlement made between the undersigned commissioners
     and Thos G ELLISON Guardian to Eleanor GARMON showing the amount of 
     debts and credits as follows to wit;

     We, Wm F Owsley and F Bowman? two of the Commissioners appointed by the
     court to settle with guardians & do hereby report that Thos ELLISON 
     Guardian to E GARMON as indebted to said Elenor GARMON two hundred and
     thirteen dollars and 97 & 3/4 cents all of which we respectfully report
     to said court.
     Given under my hand this 15th day of June 1847.

     I, Milton King, Clerk of the County Court for said county do certify
     that the within settlement between the Commissioners and Thomas B.
     ELLISON Guardian to Eleanor GARMON was produced in open court at the
     September Term 1847 and ordered to be filed and at the May Term 1848
     the same was ordered to record 7 which is recorded in Will book D page
     518.  Given under my hand this 5th day of September 1848.
