Administrator's Bond

The Commonwealth of Kentucky

Whereas, Harriett A. Wimsatt 
has been appointed, by the County Court of Daviess County,
administratix of J.R. Wimsatt deceased, intestate:
Now We, Harriett A. Wimsatt administratix 
and Wm. Wimsatt
sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
that the said Harriett A Wimsatt will 
well and truly administer the goods, chattels, credits , and effects of the 
said
intestate, according to law, and will further make a just and true account
of all her actings and doing therein; and will well and truly
make a proper distribution of any surplus money, effects, and rents which
may come to her hands or to any one for her by color of her
office, to the person entitled thereto. If is shall hereafter appear that a 
last
Will and testament was made by the deceased, and the same be proved and
recorded, we further covenant that the said Harriett A. Wimsatt
will, in such case, surrender her letters of administration; and
that she will account with, and pay and deliver over to the
Executer or Administrator with the Will annexed, the assets in
_______ [blank line] hands unadministered.
