Relic of said deceased and fully and lawfully proven by the oath of Ben. A. Pate and Wm. Allin two of the subscribing witnesses and ordered to be recorded. And the same having been first sworn to in due form by Polly Allin and Robert Allin Senior (letters of administration with the said will annexed) of the Estate of said Robert Allin deceased and granting them in due form of law who therefore gave bond on the penalty of $1000 and proof or as moreover made that the Testator at the time of his decease resided in Daviess County. In testimony whereof and that the same is duly recorded. I hereto set my hand this 2nd day of February 1818. William R.
