The balance of my estate is to be equally divided between the children of my brother William Bishop or their children if they shall have any. I nominate and appoint my wife Mary Frances Bishop as Executrix of this will and ask that she be so appointed without bond. I give to my wife however all of my household furniture and my horse and buggy for which no account is to be taken.
