To wit; In consideration of the attention paid to me in my late illness by my daughter Lydia DeWiese I will and bequeath to her at my death all of my property consisting of my home and lot in Owensboro, my household and kitchen furniture together with all the debts due after paying off my just debts. I do hereby appoint my daughter Lydia and her husband Jacob DeWiese my Executor and Executrix to that office. I request the County Court to permit them to act as above stated without giving surety as is usual. I have complete confidence in them for the faithful performance of the law and at the death of my daughter Lydia, she is hereby authorized to dispose of her property in any way and to whom she may think proper. In witness thereof I have hereto set my hand this 17th day of November 1865. Warner Crow Test. S. S. Watkins W. D.
