Gabbert, of the County of Daviess and State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing memory, make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and especially one made by me on the 7th day of December 1883. 1st Having heretofore divided the principal part of my estate giving my children and heirs at law in what I conceived to be a just manner, I hereby will and bequeath all the estate of every kind whatever owned? by me and of which I may be possessed at my death and particularly my undivided interest in the estate of George W. Heady? deceased all cash, notes and every other endues of debt, cattle, stock and other personal property of which I may die seized and possessed to my son Christopher Columbus Gabbert. This devise to him is made in consideration of the fact that my said son has taken care of both myself and my wife and I deem it both just and equitable that he should receive the sums here devised To him in addition to the amount heretofore received by him. 2nd I nominate and appoint my said son, Christopher Columbus Gabbert, to be the executor of this my last will and testament and direct that the County Court shall qualify him as such and that no bond be required of him. George W. Gabbert Given under my hand this 12th day of November 1891. We the undersigned subscribing witnesses hereby certify that the forgoing instrument was signed by George W. Gabbert the testator in our presence and that we signed our names as witnesses to the forgoing instrument at the request of the said George W.
