MORGAN, 1848 I, G. W. Morgan of Daviess County Kentucky being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills. 1. If I owe any debts at the time of my death, I design and direct that they shall be first paid out of my estate by my executor. 2. I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred dollars, to be expended in Masses for repose of my soul, and I direct my executor to expend that sum therefore. 3. I give, bequeath and devise to my son George E. Morgan absolutely all my estate of every kind and character and wherever situated. 4. I hereby appoint my son George E. Morgan executor of this will and I request and direct that he may be permitted to qualify without bond or security of any kind. Witness my hand this July twenty fourth nineteen hundred and thirteen.
