I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. 2. All the rest and residue of my property of every kind and description real, personal and mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, W. T. Patrick, in fee simple, to be his absolutely and forever. 3. I hereby nominate my said husband W. T. Patrick as the executor of this my will and desire that County Court shall not require any bond of him as such executor. In testimony whereof, I hereunto sign my name the 27th day of May 1912.
