PATRICK Daviess County, Kentucky I, W. T. Patrick, of Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, being of full age and of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. Item I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my death. Item II. I give, devise and bequeath my home place located at No. 1900 Cullen Avenue, in the City of Owensboro, Kentucky, to my beloved wife, Grace C. Patrick, for and during her natural life, or as so long as she remains my widow. Item III. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Robert E. Patrick, my farm consisting of thirty-five and one-half acres (351/2) located on the Berry Road in Daviess County, Kentucky, to be his absolutely, with the understanding that he is to pay any indebtedness that may be against said farm at the time of my death. Also I will to him all the farming implements, tools and machinery that are used on said farm and owned by me at my death, and this is to be his full share of my estate. Item IV. After the death of my beloved wife, Grace C. Patrick, or upon her remarriage after my death, I will all the residue of my property, real, personal and mixed of every description and kind to my three daughters, Rosie Lee Bristow, Edna Alford and Helen Peters, to be divided equally among said children, share and share alike. Item V. If anyone of the devisees under my foregoing will shall contest same, or institute legal proceedings to break same, then it is my will and desire that the devisee or devisees so doing shall forfeit their rights under my said will and shall take nothing there under. Item VI. I make, nominate and appoint my said son, Robert E. Patrick, and my son-in-law, Clarence Alford, to be the executors of this my last will and testament, and I request that no bond be required of either of them as such executors. I further request that no inventory or appraisement of my estate be made or taken in so far as same may be lawfully omitted. In Testimony Whereof, witness my signature to this my last will and testament, this the 24th day of October 1944. W. T. Patrick Signed and acknowledged by the said W. T.
