James H COLE complained that Warren MOORE at the last meeting of 1821 said that MOORE would pay to COLE a certain sum of money re a bond executed by COLE and SHACKLEFORD to Peter SMITH, appears it has not been done. MOORE to appear to answer charge. Nov - Case above taken up - parties had agreed among themselves but COLE and WIlliam SHACKLEFORD had paid JOHNSON - and MOORE thinks it was not a legal fee. Much discussion. COLE agreed to refund the money to MOORE again. Mary WOOSLEY granted letter of dismission, she about ready to move. Dicy BLAIR also granted letter of dismission, she has moved out of the bounds of the church. No minutes for Dec or Jan of 1823.
