Minutes for 1840:

Jan - Jessey MOON. Ira M COLE possibly has joined the Reformers
        and guilty of being intoxicated -, Warren MOORE and John
        CAPS to contact him.
Feb - Jessey MOON. No business
Mar - John JONES. Charges against COLE brought up, continued.
        Discussion on the association. John HICKMOND laid in a
        charge agaisnt John B BLARE; committee established of 
        Jessey C ROWNTREE, Ritchard RAY, Warren MOORE,
        David CUTLIP and A B GARDNER.
Apr - Met at Jessey MOON's. Recvd Emily DUNN and Barbary
        STROWD by experience. Then met at church with Ritchard
        DOYEL modesrator. John HICKMANS charge against John B
        BLARE taken up, continued. Request from Newhope to send
        ministerial aids; MOON to go. To sell surplus stove pipe. May - John
JONES. Ira M COLE's case taken up, continued.
         John HICKMAN's case taken up - believe him to be not
         guilty.
Jun - Same messengers to association.
Jul - John JONES. COLE's case continued. James STROWD to
       obtain deed for one acre of land where the church stands. Aug - no
meeting - association Sep - John JONES. COLE excluded. Henretta CATES granted a
        letter of dismission.
Oct - Jessey MOON. Lucy FORT granted letter of dismission.
Nov - Jessey MOON. No business
Dec - Jessey MON. Letters of dismission granted Bro ELDRIDGE
        & Annie WOOLSEY and George WOOLSEY.
