Affadavit
Henderson Whisman
Waltz KY
State of Kentucky
County of Rowan

Personally appeared before me a Circuit Court Clerk in and for the county and 
state aforesaid Henderson Whisman who after being duly sworn by me according 
to law deposes and says in relation to the above claim as follows to wit.
That I am the same Henderson Whisman of Waltz Rowan County Kentucky, who 
having heretofore filed his claim for a pension, for services rendered in the 
Confederate Army.  
Who now lives at Olive Hill Carter County Kentucky I recall to memory the 
company and regiment of which I was a member during the Civil War of 1861-
1865. Company was then known as company B fifth regiment of Kentucky, and I 
was discharged from this company as stated in my former affidavit
