in 1973, brothers, Ervin Kinster and Roy Kinster, sisters, Barbara Garris,
Norma Sprinkles, Edna Whisman, Monnie Nickels and Zora Smith, 2
granddaughters.  Survived: sons, Norwood Skaggs, Joyal Skaggs and Waldo

Sharlene Elam, 57, of Grayson, Carter Co, KY, born July 11, 1941 in
Grayson, dau of the late Harve and Lula Conley Elam, died May 18, 1999 in

Mary Jane Wilburn Alexander, 62, of Grayson, Carter Co, KY, born Apr 4,
1937 in Carter Co, KY, dau of the late Lester and Goldie Haney Wilburn,
died May 20, 1999 at her home.  Preceded: husband, Robert Paul Alexander in
1985.  Survived: daus, Roberta Stamper and Regina Steele, son, James Robert

Maxine Quiggle Horsley, 92, of Morehead, Rowan Co, KY, born Nov 21, 1916 at
Galion, Oh, dau of the late Edgar James and Zona Grace Baker Quiggle, died
May 19, 1999 at her home.  Preceded, husband, William Watt Horsley in 1957,
son, Terry Lee Horsley in 1966.  Survived: sons, John W. Horsley, Randy Joe
Horsley and Warren H. Horsley, daus, Ada Ingle and Juanita G. Wagoner, 17
gc, 7 g-gc.  Burial: May 22, 1999 in the Siloam Cemetery.

June Rabourn, 79, of Lawton, Carter Co, KY, born Sept 4, 1919 at Cory, dau
of the late Harry and Lilly Mae DeBord Kiser, died May 20, 1999 in
Morehead, Rowan Co, KY.  Preceded: husband, Jack Rabourn in 1994. 
Survived: son, Andy Rabourn, sisters, Marjorie Moore, Jackie Cotton,
Phyllis Brunni, Bonnie Cobbs and Nell Bucher, brothers, William Kiser and
Jay Kiser, 1 granddaughter.  Burial: May 22, 1999 in the Rabourn Cemetery.
