Co, dau of the late John Milford and Rebecca Susan DeHart Linville, died Apr 19, 1993 
at her home.  Preceded:  husband, Paul Simon Skaggs on Sept 25, 1982, dau, Gloria M. 
Skaggs, 2 gc, 1 g-gc.  Survived:  sons, Delmaine Skaggs and Silas Skaggs, daus, Darlene 
Barker and Deloris Gilliam, brother, Milford Linville, sisters, Myrtle Fannin, Priscilla 
Joseph and Gertrude Brewer, 14 gc, 20 g-gc.  Burial:  Apr 21, 1993 in the Elliott County 
Memory Gardens, Sandy Hook, KY.

Dallas Wayne Howard, 70, of Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY, born Aug 1, 1922 in Elliott 
Co, son of the late Ed and Milia Jarrell Howard, died Apr 17, 1993 in Huntington, WV.  
Preceded:  infant son, Ferlin Vester Howard on May 27, 1960.  Survived:  wife, Thelma 
June Mays Howard, brothers, Edgar Howard and Linville Howard, sister, Thelma Litton.  
Burial:  Apr 20, 1993 in the Howard Cemetery.
