Eugene Ison, 42, of Rt. 1, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY, born Mar 25, 1934 in Elliott Co, son of
Mrs. Cloma Lewis Ison and the late Flem Ison, died Jan 3, 1977. Survived: brothers Warner Ison
and Kendle Ison, sisters, Mrs. Madge Gallion and Mrs. Mabel Cassell. Burial: Jan 6, 1977 in the
Ison Cemetery, Rt. 1, Sandy Hook.

Mrs. Macie Ferguson Sturgill, 64, of Martha, Lawrence Co, KY, born Mar 27, 1912 in Lawrence
Co, KY, dau of the late Franklin and Virgie Bailey Ferguson, died Jan 4, 1977. Survived:
husband, Nelson Sturgill, step-daus, Mrs. Beul Griffith, Mrs. Elva Fyffe and Mrs. Ada Jo Hay,
step-son, Howard Sturgill, sisters, Mrs. Hannah Sparks, Mrs. Marie Evans and Mrs Elsie Slone,
brothers, Sanford Ferguson and Harrison Ferguson, several nieces and nephews. Burial: Jan 6,
1977 in the Sturgill Cemetery, Martha, KY.

In loving memory of our wife and mother, Mary E. Spencer, who passed away Jan 10, 1976.

Mrs. Ruth McDaniel Lemaster, 82, of Rt. 1, Olive Hill, KY, bonr Nov 18, 1894 in Elliott Co, KY,
dau of the late Bill and Polly Jane Cox McDaniel, died Dec 26, 1976 at her home. Preceded:
husband, Willie Lemaster in 1975. Survived: sons, Kendall Lemaster and Cleo Lemaster, daus,
Mrs. Carrie Blankenbeckler and Mrs. Connie Lunsford, sister, Mrs. Laura Lemaster, 14 gc, 1
g-gc. Burial: Dec 29, 1976 in the family cemetery at Rt. 1, Olive Hill.

Mrs. Luella Adkins Dixon, 76, of Wrigley, Morgan Co, KY, born Mar 29, 1898 at Wrigley, dau of
the late Lewis and Virginia Whitt Adkins, died Dec 26, 1976. Preceded: husband, Charlie
Dixon. Survived: daus, Mrs. Charline Nickell and Mrs. Jo Perry, sosn, Edgar W. Dixon, Earl
Dixon, Jack Dixon, Frank Dixon and Jimmy Dixon, sister, Ms. Ethel Adkins, brother, Vernon

Stella Mae Knipp Boggs, 82, of Olive Hill, Carter Co, KY, born Oct 8, 1894 in Ellitt Co, dau of 
the late Alex and Alice Secton Knipp, died Dec 30, 1976 in Morehead, Rowan Co, KY. Preceded:
husband, Carl Boggs in 1962. Survived: sons, Elmer Boggs, Ora Boggs and Carl Boggs, Jr.,
daus, Mrs. Chalmer Shepherd and Mrs. Jewell Sexton, brothers, John Knipp and Nathan Knipp,
sister, Mrs. Sara Barker, 15 gc, 20 g-gc, 1 g-g-gc. Burial: Jan 2, 1977 in the Bowen Chapel
Cemetery.

Mrs. Zelma Blevins Carter, 48, of West Liberty, Morgan Co, KY, dau of the Rev. and Mrs. Roy
Blevins, died suddenly on Jan 2, 1977 while visiting her parents in Oneida, TN. Survived:
husband, Claude Carter, daus, Mrs. Lisa Lou Davis and Miss Barbara Jane Carter, brother,
Vesta Blevins. Burial: Jan 4, 1977 in the Carson Memorial Park, Oneida, TN.
