Dorothy Carter, Shirley Howard and Charlene Lytle, step-brother, James Horton, special aunt, 
Irene Boggs with he stayed for 30 years, several nieces and nephews.  Burial: June 22, 1999 in 
the Pennington Cemetery, Elliott Co, KY.

Richard Todd Holbrook, born Feb 24, 1964 in West Liberty, Morgan Co, KY, son of Eugene and 
Dorothy Simmons Holbrook, died June 28, 1999 in Huntington, WV.  Survived: wife, Cathy Stegall 
Holbrook, son, Evan Todd Holbrook, daus, Caitlen Stegall and Rebecca Holbrook, brother, Terry 
Holbrook, sisters, Tammy Cox and Joan Stevens.  Burial; July 1, 1999 in the Simmons Cemetery,

Emma K. Howard, 84, of Canton, OH, formerly of Elliott Co, KY, born Jan 18, 1915 in Sandy Hook, 
Elliott Co, KY, dau of the late Walter and Cora Prewitt Bowling, died June 23, 1999 at her home. 
Preceded: husband, Lonnie Howard, brothers, Eldon Bowling, Curt Bowling and Evan Bowling, 
sister, Ruth Bowling, grandson, Lance.  Survived: dau, Margie Tabron, and her  husband, George,

Charlie Lee Wagoner, 94, of Morehead, Rowan Co, KY, formerly of Elliott Co, KY, born Aug 8, 1904 
in Elliott Co, KY, son of the late George and Julie Sparks Wagoner, died June 25, 1999 in 
Morehead, KY.  Preceded: wife, Marie Hanshaw Wagoner in 1952, son, Larry David Wagoner, daus, 
Maxine Harr and Gereldine Wagoner.  Survived: sons, Charles Wagoner, Frank Wagoner and Gary

the late Daniel Frederick and Mary Maddix Criswell, died June 19, 1999 in Pikeville, Pike Co, KY. 
Survived: wife, Iva Lou Criswell, daus, Addie Mae Tackett, Viginia LeeMadison and Iva Dee

Lucy Esham Clark, 83, of Morehead, Rowan Co, KY, born Apr 22, 1916 in Lewis Co, KY, dau of the

Lester C. Williams and Arthur W. Hogge in 1997.  Survived: sister, Cloma Moore, several nieces
