Co, KY.  Preceded: husband, Oather Thomas Stamper in 1981.  Survived: sons, Larry N. Stamper and

Baltimore, OH.  Preceded: first wife, Mildred Stephens Gambill in 1982.  Survived: wife, Lacy

Doshia Roberts Bell Kouns, 96, of Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY, born Dec 11, 1903 in Cadmus, dau of 
the late Willis VanHorn and Martha Webb Roberts, died June 22, 2000 in Louisa.  Preceded: 
husbands, Roy O. Bell in 1930 and George W. Kouns in 1945.  Survived: dau, Edith Roberts Hall,

Cleo Woodrow Stamper, 85, of Bethel, OH, born Oct 8, 1914 in Carter Co, KY, son of the late

Nemo Johnson, 78, of Orient, OH, born Oct 3, 1921 in Carter Co, KY, dau of the late Luther and 
Lula Fisher Holbrook, died June 19, 2000 at her home.  Preceded: husband, Ora Johnson.  Survived:
