Ronald Lee Utley, 58, of Grayson, Carter Co, KY, born Dec 31, 1942 in Carter Co, son of the
late Andy and Ella Everman Utley, died Mar 15, 2001 at his home.  Survived: wife, Mylinda Sue

late Albert and Mary Halterman Swanagan, died Mar 14, 2001 at his home.  Survived: wife, Kay

1911 at Stinson, Carter Co, KY, son of the late Jessie Carter and Mazie Lee Wilson Romans,
died Mar 14, 2001 in Williamson, WV.  Preceded: wife, Frances Marie Everman Romans.

Lucy Marcum Justice, 91, of Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY, born Mar 13, 2001 (this is obviously a
typo) in Louisa, dau of the alte Henry Fisher and Louthishia Short Marcum, died Mar 13, 2001. 
Preceded: husband, John Justice in 1969.  Survived: sister, Lotice Marcum Spears, brother,
James Marcum, several nieces and nephews.  Burial: Mar 15, 2001 in the Short Cemetery.

Randall E. Carter, 75, of Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY, born Feb 1, 1926 at Busseyville, son of the
late Thomas P. and Laura E. Bradley Carter, died Mar 13, 2001 at his home.  Survived: wife,
Deloris Hensley Carter, step-dau, Debi Hensley, step-sons, Virgil Hensley and Donald Hensley,
sister, Gertrude Hammond, 5 step-gc.  Burial: Mar 15, 2001 in the Bradley Cemetery in Louisa.

Dovie Davis Greene, 89, of Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY, born May 20, 1911 at Ulysses, dau of the
late Dale and Hattie Young Davis, died Mar 13, 2001 in Louisa.  Preceded: husband, John
Milton Greene in 2000.  Survived: daus, Ruth Merring and Rita Greene, sons, Harold Greene,

Robert Allen Withrow, 70, of Grayson, Carter Co, KY, born Oct 12, 1930 at Olive Hill, Carter
Co, KY, son of the late Clayton and Ann Thompson Withrow, died Mar 13, 2001 at his home.

of the late James Robert and Merkie Stevens Pennington, died Mar 13, 2001 in Ashland, Boyd
Co, KY.  Survived: wife, Irene Estep Pennington, daus, Martha McDavid, Ruby Burnett and
Merkie Baugess, sons, Ernest Pennington Jr. and Ronnie Pennington, sister, Lula Riffe, 15 gc, 2
step- gc, 25 g-gc.  Burial: Mar 16, 2001 in the East Carter County Memory Gardens, Grayson,
KY.

Ethel Brown Caudill, 85, of Olive Hill, Carter Co, KY, born Apr 15, 1915 in Carter Co, KY, a
dau of the late John and Lula Haywood Brown, died Mar 12, 2001 in Grayson.  Preceded:
husband, Arvel Caudill, son Wilbur Caudill.  Survived: dau, Maggie Gee, sister, Maggie Davis, 3
gc, 1 g-gc.  Burial: Mar 15, 2001 in the Brown Cemetery, Olive Hill, KY.

Liddie Mae Ferguson Wallin, 85, of Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY, born Jan 7, 1916 at Relief, KY,
dau of the late Henry Edward and Cynthia Ann Cantrell Ferguson, died Mar 12, 2001 in Lousia.

Dessie Mullins Branham Morgan, 86, of Grayson, Carter Co, KY, born Apr 26, 1914 in Pike Co,
KY, dau of the late John and Darcus France Mullins, died Mar 11, 2001 in Middlesboro.

Carter Co, KY, son of the late George and Alice Huffman Woods died Mar 6, 2001 in
Chillicothe.  Preceded: wife, Cora D. Nichols Woods in 1989.  Survived: sons, Donald E.
