KY, son of the late Oliver Blankenship and Onia Adkins Blankenship, died Feb 26, 1993 
in Maysville, Mason Co, KY.  Survived: wife, Reba Lewis Blankenship, son, Delbert 
Blankenship, brothers, Bill Blankenship, Dairel Blankenship, Harold Blankenship, 
Drexell Blankenship and Donald Blankenship, sisters, Bernice Howard and Gertrude 
Whitt.  Burial:  Mar 1, 1993 in the Todd Cemetery.  Pallbearers: Will Blankenship, James 
Dale Smith, James Lewis, Roger Lewis, Johnny Lewis, Mark Lewis, Bill Lewis and Sam 
Lewis.

Ollie Elmer Stephens, 78, of Rt. 2, Wallingford, KY, born Mar 8, 1914 in Elliott Co, KY, 
son of the late James O. and Grace Hampton Stephens, died Feb 28, 1993 in Maysville, 
Mason Co, KY.  Survived:  wife, Blanche Williams Stephens, sons, Delmas Stephens, 
Delmar Stephens, James Stephens, Earnie Stephens, Devon Ison and Junior Stephens, 
daus, Thelma Oliver, Delma Ison, Glennis Marsh, Glenda Stephens and Mary Parish, 
sisters, Ardith Caudill, Dorothy Ison and Beulah Johnson.  Burial:  Mar 3, 1993 in the 
Elliott County Memory Gardens, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY.  Pallbearers:  James 
Kemplin, Tommy Stephens, Greg Stephens, Troy Stephens, Michael Stephens, Paul 
Stephens, Dallas Stephens and Robbie Stephens.
