Maggie Ellen Wilson Fraley, 94, of Lytten, Elliott Co, KY, born Oct 4, 1882 in Elliott Co, KY, 
dau of Andy and Elizabeth Lewis Wilson, died May 2, 1977 in Morehead, Rowan Co, KY.  Preceded:
husband, Dock Fraley in 1930. Survived: daus, Stella M. Clevenger, Dessie Conley and Essie
Collins, sons, Andy Fraley, Virgil Fraley, Dan Fraley, Rudolph Fraley, Roy Fraley and Elmo 
Phipps, brother, Walter Wilson, 58 gc, 27 g-gc. Burial: May 4, 1977 in the Fraley Cemetery.

Allie Skaggs, 73, of Crockett, Morgan Co, KY, born Feb 28, 1904 in Morgan Co, KY, no parents 
listed, died May 29, 1977. Survived: step-daus, Lina Belle Johnson, Mertie Skaggs, Mary 
Gilliam, Anna LeMasters and Nannie Mae Houston, step-sons, Jerry Skaggs and Ronald Skaggs.  
Burial: May 31, 1977 in the family cemetery, Rt. 3, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY.

Michael Harris, 7, Wolfe County native died "last Saturday morning" on the Fayette-Scott County 
line north of Lexington, KY in a mobile home fire, the home belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Bobby
Crockett. Michael was the son of "Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Crockett. Other survivers listed are, 
sisters, Cathy Harris and Heather Harris. He was a first cousin to the child below.

Woodie Carole Romans, 11, of Scott Co, KY died "last Saturday morning" on the Fayette-Scott
County line north of Lexington, KY in a mobile home fire, the home belonging to Mr. and Mrs.
Bobby Crockett. Woodie Carole is the dau of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Romans of Sadieville.  She is
the first cousin to the child above. 

"Our sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Dovie Brown who passed this life Apr. 15th."  
Maxie Blevins Stevens, 64, of Ashland, Boyd Co, KY, born Mar 28, 1913 in Elliott Co, KY, dau of
the late Edward and Ida Debord Blevins, died May 3, 1877 in Ashland. Survived: husband,
Robert Stevens, sisters, Lucille Rife and Lizzie Hall, brother, Johnnie Blevins, half-brothers,
Russell Belvins, Fred Blevins, Herbert Jenkinsand Willis Jenkins. Burial: May 5, 1977 in the 
East Ashland Memorial Gardens. 

Two men were killed May 5, 1977 in Paintsville, KY, in a fire that gutted the Mary Carter Paint
Store. The dead are listed as John Johnson, Jr., 61 and Hershal "Huck" Fraley, 60.
