H. K. Lowe, 86, of RFD 1, Olive Hill, KY, born Feb 15, 1890 in Elliott Co, KY, son of the late
Luther and Matilda Rogers Lowe, died "Saturday night" in Morehead.  Survived: wife, Mrs.
Peachie Lowe, 4 sons, including Harlan Lowe and Atlee Lowe, 6 daus, including Miss Ina Lowe,
24 gc, several g-gc.  Burial: "Thursday" in the Jones Cemetery near Olive Hill, Carter Co, KY.

Norman L. Kegley, of Lakeland, FL, born May 30, 1895 in Elliott Co, KY, son of the late Sam
and Malissa Burton Kegley, died Sept 6, 1976 after a long illness.  Survived: wife, Ethel Moore
Kegley, daus, Mrs. David Thompson and Mrs. Lester Smith, son, Carl Kegley. 3 gc. Several
nieces and nephews.  Burial: at Wheelersburg, OH, no date given.

Mrs. Jennie Jarrells Pennington, 90, of Vandalia, OH, born Dec 25, 1886 in Elliott Co, KY, dau
of the late John J. and Jane Bowling Jarrells, died Oct. 16, 1876 in Vandalia.  Preceded:
husband, Howard Pennington in 1925.  Survived: sons, Ardith Pennington, Vaughn Pennington,
Guy Pennington and Code Pennington, daus, Mrs. Mozell Fraley, Mrs. Faye Gabhurt and Mrs.
Lillian Horn, sister, Mrs. Minnie Gilliam.  Burial: "Tuesday" in the Pennington Cemetery at Rt.
3, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY.
