late Frank and Nancy Salyers Johnson, died Oct 7, 1976 in Ashland, Boyd Co, KY.  Survived: wife,
Mrs. Gladys Johnson, sons, Herbert Johnson and Hubert Johnson, daus, Mrs. Jo Ann Issac, Mrs.
Mary Curtin and Mrs. Nancy Gollihue, brother, Austin Johnson, half-sisters, Mrs. Opal Haney
and Mrs. Cloma Clevenger, 16 gc.  No burial information given.

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Smith Marshall, 76, of Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY, born Mar 15, 1900 in
Elliott Co, dau of the late Lewis and Alice Skaggs Smith, died Oct 4, 1976.  Preceded: husband,
Tonny (Yes, it reads Tonny) Marshall in 1963.  Survived: daus, Mrs. Sarah Ann Flannery, Mrs.
Myrtle Flannery and Mrs. Odell Waggoner, brother, Willie Smith, sister, Mrs. Sally Fisher, 18
gc, 8 g-gc.  Burial: Oct 7, 1976 in the Sandy Hook Cemetery.

Mrs. Mattie Foster Mulkey Stewart, 88, of Webbville, KY, born in Webbville, KY, dau of the
late Archie and Alice Montgomery Foster died Sept 30, 1976 in Ashland, Boyd Co, KY. 
Preceded: husband, George Stewart.  No other information.

Proctor J. Fyffe, 80, of Warner Robbins, GA, formerly of Lawrence Co, KY, born at Flat Gap,
KY, son of Felix and Flaura (yes, it reads Flaura) Evans Fyffe, died Sept 28, 1976 at his home 
in GA.  He was the sheriff of Lawrence Co in the late 1930s.  Survived: wife, Coonie (yes,  Coonie) W. Fyffe, 2 daus - no names listed, sisters, Mrs. Russell Boggs and Mrs. Clyde Slone.  
Burial in Warner Robbins, GA, no date given.

Earl C. "Bob" Prater, 55, of Salyersville, KY, died Oct 6, 1976 in Lexington, Fayette Co, KY.

Fred M. Gross, 77, past Grand Master of The Grand Lodge of KY Masons, died Sept 30, 1976 at
his home in    McLean, VA.  Lived most of his life in Ashland, Boyd Co, KY.
