Rufus Barker, 84, of HC 81, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY, born Mar 27, 1909 in Elliott 
Co, KY, son of the late Willie and Pina Click Barker, died Sept 5, 1993 in Morehead, 
Rowan Co, KY.  Preceded: sons, Bobby Jarrells and Stanley Barker.  Survived: wife, 
Nancy Ison Barker, daus, Ruby Clingman and Pina Perry, brother, Talmadge Barker, 
sisters, Avanell Hartman, Ola Lewis and Lola Horton, 8 gc, 7 g-gc.  Burial: Sept 8, 1993 
in the Elliott County Memory Gardens.  Pallbearers: Jeffrey Wilson, Jerry Wilson, James 
Wilson, Jody Wilson, Dwight Barker and Bobby Jarrells.

Arizona Stegall Slone, born in Rowan Co, KY, dau of the late Oscar and Cora Wilson 
Stegall, died Sept 4, 1993 in Jamestown, OH.  Preceded: husbands, Houston Flannery and 
Marcus Slone.  Survived: daus, Ida Edwards, Betty Holmes and Jewel Steffy, step-daus, 
Rosemary Hibbard and Naoma Kline, brothers, Virgil Stegall and Clayton Stegall, sisters, 
Grace Sloan and Daisy Slone, 10 gc, several g-gc.  Burial: Sept 7, 1993 in the Wyatt 
Cemetery, Elliott Co, KY.

Lela Jewell Mays Reynolds, 82, of HC 70, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY, born Oct 19, 
1910 in Elliott Co, KY, dau of the late Leonidas and Maude Susan Click Mays, died Sept 
2, 1993 in Morehead, Rowan Co, KY.  Survived: husband, Luther Reynolds, sons, Elmo 
Reynolds, Emery Lee Reynolds and Guy Reynolds, daus. Lorene Carter, Evalena Whitt 
and Joyce Elliott, sisters, Bradis McKenzie, Phyllis Howard and Roberta Smith, 22 gc, 30 
g-gc.  Burial: Sept 5, 1993 in the Reynolds Family Cemetery.  Pallbearers: Timmy 
Reynolds, Wayne Reynolds, Larry Reynolds, Norman Carter, Dean Reynolds, David 
Carter, Dewayne Gray, Ronnie Whitt and Levern Whitt.
