Lester and Phyllis Weddington Stephens celebrated their 50th Anniversary in Canton, OH 
Feb 20, 1999.  They were married Feb 20, 1949 in  Sandy Hook, KY by Rev. John Henry 
Williams.  Lester is the son of the late Isaac and Cynthia Hamilton Stephens.  Phyllis is 
the dau of the late Milford and Goldie Hall Weddington.  Two children are listed, son, 
Rev. E. Keith Stephens and his wife, Deborah, and dau, Sharon Stephens Dickey and her 
husband, R. Keith Dickey, 5 gc, and 1 great-granddaughter-in-law.  Other family 
members listed: niece, Trina with her husband, Bill Sartaine and Amanda of Bruin, Keith 
and Debbie Stephens son’s -  Joshua, Konah and wife, Keri, and Shane, Sharon and Keith 
Dickey’s children – Kimberly and Gabriel, Phyllis’ sister, Leona “Sweet” Weddington 
Moore, brother, Tim Weddington and his wife – Linda, Joe and Bobette Lewis (son of the 
late James Lewis of Sandy Hook), Sharon’s in-laws – Bob and Phyllis Dickey, niece – 
Julie Vosick and friend – Jennifer Horton.
