	Thurman Edgar Fannin, 90, of Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY, born Oct 4, 1908 at 
Elliott Co, KY, son of the late Robert and Alice Kissinger Fannin, died Aug 10., 1999 in 
Morehead, Rowan Co, KY.  Preceded: wife, Eva Mae Howard Fannin on Sept 16, 1992, 
son, Boyd Fannin, brothers, Claude, Tollie, Dee and Otis Fannin, sister, Ora Fannin 
Smith.  Survived: sons, Robert Fannin, Cobern Fannin, Cletis Fannin and James Fannin, 
daus, Janet Fraley, Brenda Sheets and Rita Griffith, 19 gc, 5 step-gc, 13 g-gc, 6 step-g-gc, 
brother, Autie Fannin.  Burial: Aug 13, 1999 in the Elliott county Memory Gardens, 
Sandy Hook, KY.
